Tradition: Interrupted

Deadline: 23rd February 2025 (NOW CLOSED)

“Tradition: Interrupted” is about breaking, bending, reinterpreting, or even playfully poking at what’s been handed down. We’re looking for work that challenges expectations—whether that means rethinking artistic styles, questioning social norms, or simply disrupting what feels “set in stone.”
If your work shakes things up—even in subtle ways, thematically or aesthetically—we want to see it.

We welcome diverse interpretations across various media, including 2D and 3D works—painting, drawing, photography, textiles, ceramics, mixed media, and more.

Opening reception Saturday, March 8, 2025 6pm-9pm

Size: Artwork must be under 20 inches in both width and height
Media: Open to all media
Limit: Up to 3 pieces per artist
Entry Fee: $35 per submission of up to 3 artworks (payable only if selected to exhibit)

Commission: Artists retain 100% of the sale
